Today is the National Day of Prayer in the U.S.
Tonight at sundown is the Holocaust Heroes and Martyrs Remembrance Day
for the Jewish people. (it starts about 10 a.m. Chicago time because
Israel is 8 hours ahead of the Chicago time zone).
Please keep the U.S. and Israel in your prayers. Israel faces
“existential threats.” Really, the West and Bible-Believers face great
threats also, against our freedoms and our lives as well.
Then May 8 is the Hebrew calendar date to remember Israel Independence
Day (it starts sundown May 7, for 24 hours).
May 14 is the Gregorian calendar day to remember Israel Independence
Day.
May 14 is the day Mahmoud Abbas of the Palestinian Authority has called
for millions of Arabs who are remotely connected to the Arabs who left
in 1948, to come to Israel’s borders and demand to be let in. He hopes
to cause disruption in Israel’s celebration. It’s a new way to get the
world’s sympathy and bad press for Israel.
Please pray at this time for protection and salvation for Jewish people
around the world. Please join in the celebrations – of what God has
done.
